Please note that Portugal’s building regulations regarding thermal insulation are relatively light, and energy costs can be high. However, we provide: - Two energy-efficient air conditioning units to heat or cool the two largest bedrooms (one on the lower floor and one on the upper floor) free of charge. Additional Heating or Cooling: Any extra heating or cooling beyond what is offered can be arranged separately, depending on guest needs and energy costs.
